Ok guys, have joined this forum for some help. I am running a windows 7 64 bit, trying to install a FX docuprint 203a printer. I have downloaded the appropriate file as mentioned in previous threads (dp203a_V3_pcl_v325), clicked the icon for the printer when it appears after it's been plugged into the usb port, and followed all instructions from the YouTube video clip right up until the point where I am instructed to browse for the unzipped (extracted) files which I have saved on my desktop. I click on the file to add it to the address bar to open which looks like this 'C: Users Kristy Desktop New folder dp203a_V3_pcl_v325' then I click next and it comes up with a message saying 'Windows was unable to install your FXDocuPrint 203a Windows could not find driver software for your device If you know the manufacturer of the device, you can visit its website and check the support section for driver software.
