The software worked well for several months, then suddenly most frames were missing elements, like type; for example, on the setup page, it had all the boxes, but no type beside them as a descriptor. I downloaded and uninstalled several times, rebooted cold and warm, even tried a newer version. All with same results.

Could you describe the problem in detail? What is the make and model of your computer? What have you done so far to troubleshoot the problem? How long has this been happening? Have you installed any new software or hardware drivers since you started experience this problem?

If so, what are they and are they designed for Windows 10? Have you checked the manufacturers website or contact support find out about compatibility, updates or support for Windows 10?

Do you have a system restore point created you could go back to? Does the problem occur in other user accounts on the computer? My computer is about 10months old., from costco, i think (gift) win10, HP Envy laptop x360 i have not downloaded or installed any other driver.

Wait, facebook messenger- thats all problem first occurred maybe a week ago. I use the program quite often; it is the front end for my security cameras and dvr, samsung model d4001 i believe manufactures site not friendly, as the hardware discontinued; i like the earlier version(have run it for several years on 2 other pc's(win7 and XP), and never got the newer version to work correctly.
